We offer our services in three areas ; You pick what works for you.

Accounting Only Services (Minimum Fee)

  • Collection and deposit of monthly fees in your Strata Corporation’s Account.
  • Delinquent accounts – follow up with collection letters.
  • Cheques for payments of all invoices/expenses
  • Monthly Operating statements are prepared
  • An annual budget for the Strata Corporation.

Partial Management

  • Collection and deposit of monthly fees in your Strata Corporation’s Account.
  • Delinquent accounts – follow up with collection letters.
  • Cheques for payments of all invoices/expenses
  • Monthly Operating statements are prepared
  • An annual budget for the Strata Corporation.
  • Enforcement of the by-laws, rules and regulations.
  • Keep complete records of all the Corporation’s documents
  • Prepare documents on behalf of the strata corporation such as “Information Certificates” (Form B)
    and “Certificates of Payment” (Form F);

Full Management

  • Once you decide to give us the opportunity, we will, in addition to accounting services;
  • Enter into agreement with Strata Council, arrange services for the strata corporation for landscaping,
    insurance, electrical services, maintenance, etc.;
  • Hire and supervise employees hired by the strata corporation, Collect strata fees and other money owed
    to the strata corporation;
  • Pay strata corporation bills, secure adequate strata insurance, Keep and permit access to strata
    corporation records;
  • Prepare documents on behalf of the strata corporation such as “Information Certificates” (Form B)
    and “Certificates of Payment” (Form F);
  • Attend strata council meetings, prepare the minutes of all meetings, including strata council meetings
    and distributing the minutes to owners;
  • Advise the strata council in regard to the Act, Tenancy Act, and workers compensation matters and
    Prepare annual operating fund budgets and financial statements.
